CV-Guard Conveyor Protection

CV-Guard is a range of conveyor protection products designed & manufactured by Torsion Engineering.

Our patent pending modular system provides a rapid retrofit to attach the units directly to existing roller frames. The system is able to utilise rollers or impact bars, and is available in a range of configurations to suit different applications.

Where higher capacity is required, CV-Guard Dynamic impact beds provide further protection. These are available with or without fixed skirt seals, depending on individual requriements.

Both the modular system and our dynamic impact beds utilise ROSTA technology to absorb impact. Our unique impact bar mounting system allows the maximum amount of wear material to be used before the bars require replacement and also eliminates the possibility of steel fasteners ot T-tracks damaging the belt.
