CV-Guard Modular System

CV-Guard's patent pending modular impact protection system is a low cost alternative to dynamic impact beds that attaches directly to existing roller frames. The system allows the use of rollers or impact bars, is quick to install and is not limited by belt speed.

Installation can be performed by a single operator by simply removing the middle impact roller and bolting the CV-Guard assembly into place. Replacement of impact bars can be done quickly through our unique impact modules that lift in and lift out of the assembly.
