CV-Guard Impact bar system

CV-Guard slider bars use no steel fasteners or T-tracks at any point along the impact length and maintain low friction performance throughout their life. By manufacturing the bars entirely from low friction UHMWPE and utilising a unique polymer fastening system, slider bars can be worn down to almost zero thickness without risking belt damage that can occur due to contact with metal fasteners.

This provides more than double the available low friction material than our nearest competitor and up to 6x more than any rubber impact bar on the market.
